A By~law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Pound and Eb 2 te
Regulation By~law, 1970, No. 1020".
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assenbled, enacts as follows:
1, The "City of Port Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regulation By-law,
1970, No. 1020 is amended by adding, after Section 2, the following as
Section 2A:
"2A, A two rate structure is hereby established for the
use of the incinerator, under the control of the
Poundkeeper, used for pathological waste disposal,

in that commercial users who have their businesses

located in the City shall pay Ten (10¢) Cents per
pound and non-resident commercial users, (those whose
businesses are not located in the City), shall pay
Fifteen (15¢) Cents per pound for waste disposed."
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Pound and Animai Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020, Amendment

By-law, 1979, No. 1694",
