Re: Stump Burning |

.At the regular Council Meeting of September 15th, 1975 the following three
resolutions were proposed:

"That By-law No. 928 and the Subdivision By~law be amended so that all

“open stump burning will be banned within the City. Deferred.

That the above noted resolution be deferred until after the September

30th visit to Bellingham. Carried.

‘That the Fire Chief issue no further land clearing burning permits for new

projects until Council makes a decision on the future of such burning.

Carried. "
