(43) from 6:00 ofelock tn the afternoon to 12:00 otclock dn the afternoon on Vridays and Saturdays. (b) The owner or operator of a Discotheque shal) not open: the Discotheque for business on Sundays or permit dancing or other entertainment therein on that day. (c) During the hours a Discotheque is permitted to be open, the owner or operator thereof may divide the said hours into separate dance sessions of such length as he may deem most appropriate for the conduct of ° his business but under no circumstances shall persons who are 13, 14 or 15 years of age be permitted to attend any dance session at which persons 16, 17 or 18 years of age are permitted to attend, nor shall persons 13, 14 or 15 years of ape be permitted to attend any dance session that ends later than 10:00 o'clock in the afternoon. One clear hour shall always be provided _ between the ending of one dance session and the beginning of the next dance session. 5. The owner of operator of a Discotheque shall, when the Discotheque is open for business: (a) provide at lease one (1) male and one (1) female adult supervisor whose duties shall extend to supervising activities on the dance floor and immediately adjacent areas and nothing more (and for the purpose of this section “adulct" shall ihean a person over the age of twenty-four (24) years); - (b) ensure that the interior and exterior of the Discotheque is fully illuminated; (c) - keep a11 windows and exterior doors securely closed, except the main‘entrance donrs may be opened from time to time to permit access and epress - of patrons, 6. The provisions of this By-law respecting age shall not apply to persons employed by the owner or operator of the Discotheque previded that no person under the age of sixteen (16) years may be so employed. 7. Ko person shal} enter or remain on the premises of a Discotheque at any time when his Presence there is for any reason prohibited by this By-lav. 8; 7 Any person who violates any of the provisions of this By-law, or who causes, suffers, permits, or allows any violation of this By-Jaw shall be pullty of an offence apainst this hy-law and shall be liable upon sunmairy conviction therefor to a Fine or penalty not exceeding Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, or in the alternative to ioprfsonment for a term not exceeding Thirty (10) days. 9.
