THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2100

A Bylaw to provide for the adoption
of a capital expenditure programme,

WHEREAS Section 266 of the "Municipal Act" being Chapter 290 of the Revised
Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, requires that on or before the fifteenth day
of May in each year the Counci| shal! cause to be prepared and adopt by bylaw a
capital expenditure programme for a period of not less than five years, showing
estimates of the proposed source and application of funds for capital purposes
for each year of the programme;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembied, enacts as fol lows:

Schedule "A" to this Bylaw shall be the capital} expenditure programme of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam for the years 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988,
1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993 and 1994, :

The general expenditure programme contained in Schedule "A" shall remain in force
and effect until a new capital expenditure programme is adopted in the year 1986,

This Bylaw may be cited for al| purposes as the "Capital Expenditure Programme
Bylaw, 1985, No, 2100",
