is suggested:

(a) that if the complaint is received by an Alderman, then it’
/ should be given to Alderman Muldcon for. action

(b) that a copy of the. written complaint sheuld be forwarded to
this office with a copy to the shelter. ‘The Vancouver
Regional Branch will monitor and will respond to that specific
complaint ,
that if the Municipality receives a written complaint, then
the By-Law Enforcement Officer should carry out the same action
as outlined in (b) above
that if there is a telephone call with a complaint received in
City Hall, then the caller should be referred to the shelter,
however, if the complainant is still persisting, then reference
should be made immediately to John van der Hoeven in Vancouver

which it is reported on not being actioned.
