Brown Director of Community Planning SUBJECT: Rezoning Application .38/80 2420 Chilcott RECOMMENDATION: That City Council consider giving fourth reading to the above captioned rezoning application, Bylaw 1846, following submission of Development Cost Charges for the subdivision. COMMENTS: 1. Rezoning application 38/80, 2420 Chilcott, received third reading August 31, 1981. The application was to create five RS-1 lot, rezoning the property from an A-l holding zone. . 2- The last communication about this application was October 27, 1981 advising that tentative approval dated May 6, 1981 was being extended a further 90 days. That extension wag granted to assist the applicants in arranging their financing. Subsequently, the applicant chose to not proceed and the application was allowed to lapse. This property has been purchased by a Mr. J. Gandesha,; a local realtor. His wishes to reactivate the zoning epplication. 3. This application has been circulated to the City Engineer, who advised this proposal is relatively straight forward and does not involve any complications.
