The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting aseembled, enacta as follows:

1, That certain parcel of land aituated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia

ia hereby rezoned fron RS-l (Large Lot Residential) to RM~4
(Apartmenc) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240" 1a hereby amended to reflect thio rezoning.
