The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, November
8th, 1976 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend
the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":

By-law No. 1477: to rezone Lot D, District Lot 380, Group l,

Plan 23542, New Westminster District, from RS-1 (One~-Family

Residential) to RM-3 (Intermediate Apartment Residential).

This property is located at 2534 Gordon Avenue and it is expected

that. an 8-unit condominium apartment will be constructed on the

property following completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the

hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. — on working days ~ from October 28th, 1976
to November 8th, 1976.

411 persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by~law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public
