Civ) Shall not be permitced unlesa open space is provided at the

(x) This subsection shall not apply to lands subject to any Ordere-in-Council
wade by the Lieutenant~Governor in Council under the provisions of the
Environment and Land Use Act restricting the use of such lends.

th) In the event of conflict arising between the Provisions of this sub-

section and any other provisions of this By-law then the provisions of

this subsection shall. govern.”
