Where the subdivision or development takes place on any lands within the
boundaries of the area outiined on Map No. 3, the following development cost
charges shall apply and be paid in respect of residential uses and residential
lands: .

(a) at the time of issuance of a building permit a development cost charge in an
amount determined by multiplying $223.00 by the number of new dwelling units
authorized to be constructed by the building permit; or

at the time of approval of subdivision a development cost charge in an
amount determined by multiplying $223.00 by the maximum potential number of
dwelling units permitted by the applicable zoning regulations on each lot
created by the subdivision.

For the purpose of this Schedule:

residentia} lands means al! ltands having a short form zone designation
pursuant to The City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 beginning with
the prefixes "RS", "RT", or "RM";

commercial lands means ai! lands having a short form zone designation
pursuant to The City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 beginning with
the prefixes "C, "CS", or "PN";

industrial lands mean all lands having a short form zone designation
pursuant to The City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 beginning with

the prefix "M",
