RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council authorize the Planning Department to spend up to
$1,200.00 to have the Economic Development folders reprinted,

COMMENTS:

During the year we have many requests for information on Port Coquitlam.

the past we have made up a package using the grey folder which we had printed
up a few years ago with a map, statistical information and information on our
industrial parks. At this time we are out of grey folders. We would request
authorization to have the grey folders reprinted.

An informal quote has been received for reprinting 1000 at $687.00 and for
2000 at $1,021.00 plus a 12% tax and a 6% tax. The printing time would be
approximately two weeks.

Council should be aware that reprinting of these grey folders is only a
portion of the printing which will be required for economic development this
year. The work programme contains updating the handouts to include
development changes and new Statistics.
