The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting :
assembled, enacts as follows: pe JUL 26 1993

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

Lot 1

District Lot 380

Group One

Plan LMP 00010

New Westminister District

is hereby rezoned from RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the

Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby ¢ xended to
reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2780".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 19th day of April, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 19th day of April, 1993.

Public Hearing held this 10th day of May, 1993.
