Section 3 does not apply to a person operating a motor vehicle which is used for the transpurtation of the public, fire trucks, or any other emergency equipment, or motor vehicles engaged in the delivery of household fuel; 5. Where a person charged under Section 3 of this By-law relies upon the provisions of Section 4, the onus of proving the exemption shall be upon him; 6. The Engineering Supervisor shall place or erect or shai) cause to be placed or erected, signs upon Westwood. Street in the District of Coquitian, indicating that vehicles of a gross vehicle weight of ten thousand (10,00C) pounds or greater shall not be driven or operated on highways within the District, except as provided in Section 3 of this By-Jaw; 7. That the speed limit on Westwood Street is hereby established at Thirty Miles Per Hour (30 M. P, H.) for ai} motor vehicles notwithstanding gross vehicle weight; 8. This By-law shall be of force and effect from that date of its final adoption and for four consecutive months thereafter, after which time it shall no longer be of any force or effect; 9. Any person convicted of an offence under this By-law is guilty of an offence punishable on Summary Conviction, and is subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred ($500.00) dollars, or to imprisonment not exceeding six (6) months, or to ee both a fine and a term of imprisonment.
