BY-LAW NO. 1649

A By-law to amend the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1978,

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Porr Coquitlam,
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1978, No. 1628"
ds amended by removing the Zone Desipnation of RS-2 assigned to Lots 350 to 358,
inclusive, of a Plan of Subdivision in process of a portion of Block 1, Northeast
Quarter of che Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, Plan 5102, New Westminster
District, prepared by Allan Olsen, B.C.L.S., of V.C. Goudal & Associates, British
Columbia Land Surveyors, under Job Number C~2812-78, and assigning che Zone
Designation of:

(a) RS-1: to Lots 350, 351, 353, 354, 355, 356, 357, and 358 thereof; and,

(b) RT-1: to Lot 352 thereof.

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Zoning By-law, 1978, No. 1628, Amendmenc By~law, 1979, No. 1649".
