The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Nearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitiam City Hall,

2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, March 16th, 1981 at 7:3C pm to consider
the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,

1979, No. 1651".
By-law 1819; to remove the Zone Designation of RS-2 assigned to:

(a) Lot 1, 2, and 3, of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township

40, Plan 11924, New Westminster District; and,

(b) East 172.5 feet of Parcel “A' (Reference Plan 257) of the Northwest

Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 40, New

Westminster District; and, !
(c) That portion of closed road shown hatched on the Plan attached to
the "Killarney Street Road Exchange By-law, 1981, No. 1808";
and assigning the Zone Designation of RS-1 to the said property.
This property is located on the.South side of Victoria Drive and
presently hes the civic addresses of 970, 980, 990 and 1622 Victoria
Drive. The'property is being rezoned in order to permit the sub-
division thereof and it is expected that 37 single family residential
Jots will be created following completion of the rezoning procedures.
‘A copy of the proposed By-law, and other relevant documents may be
inspected in the office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the
address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m, to 4:30 p.m., on working
days, March 5th, 1981 to March 16th, 1981.
All person who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-law shall be afforded an Opportunity te be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law. a
