intended to be 80ld, being the Land herein defined,
lowest price which Will be accepted for it in the event the
parcel is offered for sale, has been posted and Published in a
newspaper as required by the Municipal Acts

AND WHEREAS the Land herein defined is not reserved or
dedicated; ;

NOW THEREFORE the Council.of The Corporation of :the City
of Port Coquitlam. in open meeting assembled RESOLVES AS

FOLLOWS:

1. To sell those certain Portions of Land situate in Port
Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particvularly

and except’ the northerly 900 feet thereof ;

(all of the foregoing being the "Land")

to Carnoustie Recreation and Development Ltd.
("Carnoustie").

The terms and conditions deemed advisable by Council and
SQ subject to which the Land is hereby being sold to
Carnoustie are as set out in Schedules. "A" end "we
