The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites tenders: for the
purchase of the undernoted property:

Lots 24 and 25, Block 5, District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 2396, New
Westminster District.

This property Is located at 2349 Lobb Avenue and has an area of
approximately 748 sq.m. (8052 sq. ft.).

This property is presently zoned RS-1,

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealad envelope plainly marked on the
outside "Tender for Lobb Avenue Property" and addressed to:

2272 McAllister Avenue,
Port Coquitlam, B.C,

and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, July 18th, 1985, Any
tender received after this time will be returned unopened as will al
tenders inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result of not
being adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required.

Terms of Sale: .
1. A certified cheque in the amount of 103 of the amount offered must

accompany each tender as a deposit and each tender will be open for
acceptance by the Council! for a period of 30 days. Upon a tender being
accepted by the Councl| the balance of the offered price must be paid
by the successful tenderer within 10 days or as soon thereafter as
requested requested or the deposit will be forfeited.

The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers wil! be returned no
later than 45 days after the closing time specified above,

The property will be consolidated to form one legal lot prior to
completion of the sale,

No real estate commission of any kind whatsoever will be paid by the
City.

The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted and the City
reserves the right to waiver minor deficlencles In a bonatide tender

received by the closing time.

The lowest price that will be accepted for the property is $32,500.00.
