RECOMMENDATION :

1. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit
78/933

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized sign the documents when completed
subject to:

a) Completion of Rezoning Application 81/92 and Official Community Plan
Amendment Application 82/92;

b) Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements;
c) Satisfaction of Building Department concerns;
d) Satisfaction of Fire Department concerns;

e) Compietion of an overall conceptual landscaping plan to the
satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department;

f) Registration of Section 215 "No Build" covenants on each of the new
lots created by subdivision.
