THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2418

A Bylaw to authorize the expenditure of monies
in the "Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds".

WHEREAS pursuant to Section 985 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290,
R.S.BeC., 1979, the Council established Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to expend a portion of the monies set aside
in the Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

NOW THEREFORE, the Muntcipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

i. The sums hereinafter specified are hereby appropriated from the
respective Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds to be expended for the
following purposes for the year 1988:

Public Open Space (interest) $116,531.67
Sewer Area #1 4,502.66
Water Area #5 149,016.75
Water Area #6 27,065.58

Should any of the abeve amounts remain unexpended after the expenditures
hereby authorized has been made, any unexpended balances shall be
returned to the credit of the specified Reserve Fund.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Development Cost Charge
Reserve Funds Expenditure Bylaw, 1989, No. 2418",
