Mr. Peter SOUTHWIRD, Lessee of Standard Cil Gas Station, 1942 Haatern Drive, was charged under By-law #4927, Sece 3 for allowing a City grain or sewor to be used for dumping used oil etc, He appeared in court May 20, 1972 and was fined $75.00 or 15 days. All City engineering exyensesy at the time of the oil spill will be billed to Standard Oil. Due to the Civic employece ctrike in surrounding municipalitics the City is experiencing a lot of raw houschold gorbage ete., being dumped by sides of City streets, vacant land, etc. Four persons to date b-ve been charged, and three other persons are pending further investirpation. . at Avec
