assembled hereby resolves to have prepared a Community Pian to be
. adopted during the budget year 1984; :

More specifically, work to be undertaken during 1984 shall include

Preparation of a chapter. directing new development in the City's
industrial district and the south Pitt River Road residential!

neighbourhood. Both of these areas are anticipated to receive
». substantial development during the following year. Due to this, the.
Council’ of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam wish to have

donate a fence to the City of Port Coquitlam for the use at McLean

That the City will erect, dismantle, store and maintain. the fence;

; AND THAT the City tender for the fence and purchase the fence and
then bill the PoCo Men's Fastball League for the cost of the fence,
