DRAFT RESOLUTION MAR 17 1986

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Lot 32, Block 31, Oistrict Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2039, New
Westminster District, being 1959 Coquitiam Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C.
be sold by tender If a bid acceptable to Counci! is received; — ;

The City Clerk is hereby Instructed and authorized to publish and post
the "Reali Property for Sale By Tender" Notice appearing In the Agenda
documents of this Council meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject ail of the
bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection is

appropriate.
