SUBJECT: Sale of City Property - 2247 Wilson Avenue

RESOLUTION:

"WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Lot 2, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 3319, New Westminster
District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. be sold by tender if bids acceptable to
Council are received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post
the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda
documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the precedures set out therein;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the

bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection
is appropriate.
