The Environmental Assessment of the City was undertaken as a complementary
study for the review of the Official Community Plan that is currently
underway. The purpose of the study was to identify environmentally~sensitive
and potentially-contaminated areae within the City, and to suggest the extent
and type of development that could be sustained in these areas. The final
report by the Consultant, Gartner Lee Ltd., is attached for your information.
