COUNCIL OCT 18 1993 NOV -8 4993 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of Tne Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2844”. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: That 841 m2 portion of: Parcel "One" (524825E) South 67 Feet of the North 134 Feet of Lot "E” District Lot 380 Group One Plan 5570 New Westminster District as shown on ’Schedule 1’ as Lot 2 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two-Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
