The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Nall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. oa Monday, August
28th, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to authorize
issuance of a Land Use Contract:

By-law No. 1614: to authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use
‘contract with P.C.S. Industries Ltd., 933 Jarvis Street, Coquitlam,
B.C. in the form and to the extent set forth in “Land Use Contract
No. 28" which said Land Use Contract is annexed to and made part of
’ the by-law and the said Land Use Contract No. 28 shall extend to
and regulate the development and use of land described as:

Lot 73, Block 4, District Lot 480, Group One, Plan 20844,

New Westminster District.

; The above noted property is located at 1545 Lougheed Highway and
upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 28 will permit the land, buildings,
and structures located or to be located thereat to be used for certain uses
permitted in the CS-1 (Service Commercial) zone as set out in the said Land
Use Contract No. 28 in order to permit the erection of a 54—1nit motel and
a restaurant complex together with certain other uses permitted in the CS-1

zone and various provisions are contained in the said Land Use Conttact concerning

subdivision of property, the size, shape and siting of buildings am. structures

and various other matters,

A copy of the proposed by-law may be inspected in the office of the
‘Chty Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hail, at the address given above, between the
‘hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. ~ on working days ~ from August 17th, 1978 to
August 28th, 1978.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-law shall be afforded an epportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by~law.
