A By-law tocamend the “Port Coquitlam Refuse Macerials Collect{on,
Keroval and Regulation By-law, 1976, No. 1426", MAY 41 198}
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Clause (a) of Section 10 of the "Port Coquitlam Refuse Materials
Collection, Removal and Regulation By-law, 1976, No. 1426" is repealed
and the following substituted therefor:
"(a) (i) The charge payable hy each owner and occupier of premises
for the service authorized by this By-law, shall be Fifty
Dollars ($50.00) per annum and there shall be imposed,
levied and collected from each owner and oceupter, a
special annual charge of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each of
the premises herein defined. :
The -special annual charge authorized by this. section shall,
for the year 1981, be reduced by $9.50 aod the amount
charged shall be $40.50 for each of the premises herein."
This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam
Refuse Materials Collection, Removal and Regulation By-law, 1976, No. .
1426, Amendment By-law, 1981, No. 1829",
