haat A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Mundetpal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

lL. Those certain parcela of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbla
which are more particularly described as:

New Weatminster District New Weatminater District

are hereby rezoned from RS~l (Large Lot Residential) to C-2 (Neighbourhood
Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240” is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coguitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, Now 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2701".

Read a first time by che Munieipal Council this 27th day of July, 1992.
Read a secoud time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of July, 1992.

Public Hearing held this 24th day of August, 1992.
