That the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Porr Coquitlam has dy Sv-law So. 1273 cited asthe "Nature Area Road Closure By-law, 1973, No. 1273" stopped up and closed to traffic certain portions of Road and Lane dedicated by Plans 1239, 2674, 2291, 2324, 2797, and 2403 therein described: 2. That the said By-law Yo. 1273 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of ‘fhe Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam on the Sixteenth day of October, 1973 and a duly certified copy is attached hereto; 3. That the registered owners of all the adjoining and contiguous lands have consented to tae closure of the said sortions of Road and Lane dedicated by Plans 1239, 2674, 2291, 2324, 2797, and 2403 and The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam has agreed to accept title to the land comprising the same; 4 That the portions of Roads and Lanes dedicated by Plans 1239, 2674, 2291, 2324, 2797, and 2403 described in the said By-law No. 1278 have never been opened to traffic nor has public money been expended thereon and it is desirable to close the said portions of Road and Lane tn order that the same may be included with other City property thae is being dedicated as "Nature Area™ pursuant to the provisions of Section 468 of the Municipal Act; Se That by Resolution dated the Seventeenth day of December, 1973, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam authorized the presentation of a Petition to the Lieutenant-Governor in Council praying for the abandonment of the said portions of Road and Lane dedicated by Plans 1239, 2674, 2291, 2324, 2797, and 2403 so stopped up and closed to traffic; THEREFORE your Petitioner humbly prays for the abandonment of the said portions of Road and Lane dedicated by Plans 1239, 2674, 2291, 2324, 2797, and 2403 described in By-law No. 1278 of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and the vesting of title to the land comprising same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.
