Dear Sir,

Referring to our telephone conversation of todays date, we would like to

apply for a Burning Permit throughout the months of January, February

and March. I feel an extended permit is necessary because we cannot
remove certain equipment from the Golf Course during the rainy weather.
The material we will be burning is underbrush and tree limbs, which we

have cleaned out to ease up the golf course.

Your earliest attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
