("the City")

WHEREAS the Covenantor is the registered owner of the
Lands described herein;

AND WHEREAS Section 215 of the Land Title Act, R.S.B.C.
1979, cc. 219 provides that a covenant, whether of a negative or
positive nature, in respect of the use of land or that land is or
is not to be built on, may be registered as a charge against
title to land in favour of a municipality;

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 215 of the Land Title
Act and in consideration of the premises and the sum of one
dollar now paid by the City to the Covenantor and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, the Covenantor covenants and agrees with the
City as follows:

1. The Covenantor is the registered owner of those parcels
situate in the City of Port Coquitlam and more particularly
described as:
