_area of 0.0415 ha shown on a Reference Plan certified by
Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor dated the
&th day of January 1980, a copy of which is attached hereto.
at or far the price or sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for
those certain parcels or tracts of land described in the next Section

hereof.

2. The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized
to purchase of and from the Registered Owner thereof ALL AND SINGULAR those
certain parcels or tracts ef land and premises which may be more
particularly described as follows:
(s) All those portions of Lots 1 and 4, District Lot 289, Group l,
New Westminster District, Plan 5551 havin} an area of 0.0304 ha

shown as Road on a Reference Plan certified by Roberr M. Reese,

British Columbia Land Surveyor dated the 8th day of January,

1980 a copy of which is attached hereto; and
Ali that portion of Lot 9, Block H, District Lot 289, Group
1, New Westuinster District, Plan 1763, having an area of
6.0171 ha shown as roed on a Reference Plan certified by
Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor dated the 8th
day of January 1980, a copy of which is attached hereto.
at or for the price or sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for
those certain parcels or tracts of land described in the preceding Sectioa
hereof.
3. Those portions of road and lane shown dedicated in District
Lot 289, Group 1, New Westminster District described in Section 1 hereof
are hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of all kinda.
4. The said lands to be so purchased as aforesaid shall, when so
conveyed to the said City, be established as an addition to the roads in
District Lot 289, Group 1, New Westminster District.
3. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps,
receipts and other documents on behalf of the said City as may ba
necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of

the city thereto.
