Thirdly, and perhaps most importantly, the land use of school
proposed is completely inappropriate for the area. To deliberatley place
a public institutional use in the centre of what we hope will be a
developing industriai area does not seem to make too much sense.
Granted, industrial and public uses can co-exist; but to deliberatley
create a situation where they have to co-exist does not seem to me to

constitute very responsible planning.

For all the reasons quoted above I feel that this is one of the
rare times that I should return this resolution to the Council under
Section 240 of the Municipal Act and ask that it be reconsidered and

rejected.
