A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,

‘The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

is open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

being Schedule "av of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918"

is amended by removing’ the Zone Designation of RS-2 (One Family Suburban Residential)
assigned to:

(a): the. northerly portion of Parcel "At (21441), Block 13,
North-west 4, Section 6, Township 40, Plan 5109, New
Westminster District ;

(b). the northerly portion of. Block 13, North-west 43, Section 6,
: Township 40, Plan'5109, New Westminster District, Except
the south-west 100 feet by 200 feet thereof

(c) ‘the northerly portion of Parcel. "A" (Explanatory Plan 10290)
“Blocks 21 and 23, East 3s, North-west %, Section 6, Township 40,,.
. Plan 1329, Except. the east 100 feet thereof and part shown
subdivided on Plan 45776
cand. assigning the Zone Dei gnation of RS-1 (One Family Residential) to the said
“ property.
2. This. By-law may be cited for all purposes as the city of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1975, No. 1367.'
