Huntington Rubber Mili Rezoning

As Council members are’ aware rezoning By-law. No. 1753 is in process
to rezone four of the present M-3 sites in the subdivision of the. above
‘noted property to two M-1 sites.

The developer has asked that the area of:one of the proposed M-1 sites
pe reduced and the extent of the reduction is shown on the map attached to
this memorandum.

The proposed ‘change has been approved by the Planning and zoning
Committee and’ could be accomplished by passage of the following resolution :

MPHAT :

1. The thivd reading of By~law No. 1753 as given
on the Twenty-sixth day of May, 1980 be rescinded;

Section 1 of By-law No. 1753. be amended by striking
out the legal description "Lots 109 & 110 and Lots
114 & 115, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 59041"
contained therein and substituting therefore the
legal description "Lot 117 and Lot 118 of a sub-
division plan of Lots 108, 109, 110, 114, and 115
of District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 59041, New
Westminster District, prepared by Ronald G. Scobbie,
B,C.L.S., and dated May’ 30th, 1980; a copy of which
is attached hereto";

The said pysiaw No. 1753, as amended, be read a

third time".
