The Municipal Councll of The Corporation of the Clty of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: .
loo The Zoning Map’ of The Corporation of the ‘City of Port Coquitlan,
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Ry-law, 1979,

No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of A-] assigned

to:

Lot "Gc" (Plan 30474), Block 8, District Lot 464, Group
Plan 1897, New Westminster District;
assigning the Zone Designation of RS-1 to the said property.
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1980, No.

1795",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twent y-second -

day of December, 1980.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-second

day of December, 1980.

Public Hearing held this Fifth day of January, 1981.

By-law No. 1795: to rezone Lot "GC" (Plan 30474), Block 8, District

Lot 464, Group One, Plan 1897, New Westminster District, from A-1
to RS-1.

This property is addressed as 2268 Prairie Avenue and it is
expected that the Property will be subdivided to create: two
