A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam JUN -
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651", N 9 1086

The Municipal! Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
are particularly described as:

Those portions of Lots 2,3,4, and 5, Plan 6269; and Lots 1,2,3,4,5, and 6,
Pian 6358; lying North of the Highway shown on Statutory Right-of-Way Plan
68301 (Mary HI11 Bypass); in District Lots 231 and 232, New Westminster

District; now zoned RS-2 (Single Family Residential)

are hereby rezoned to RS-1 (Single Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to

"City of Port Coquitlam" Zoning Bylaw,
reflect this rezoning.

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia, which

are more particularly described as:

Those portions of Lots 2, 3, and 5, Plan 6269; and Lots 1, 2, and 3, Plan
6358; lying South of the Highway shown on Statutory Right-of-Way Plan 68301
(Mary Hill Bypass); In District Lots 231 and 232, New Westminster District;

now zoned RS=-2 (Single Family Residential)

are hereby rezoned to C-1 {Local Commercial!) and the Zoning Map of the "City of
Port Coquitlam" Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" ts hereby amended to reflect this

rezoning.

That certain parce! of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which fs

more particularly described as:

That portion of Lot 4, Plan 6269; lying South of the Highway shown on
Statutory Right~of-Way Plan 68301 (Mary Hiil Sypass); in District Lot 232,
New Westminster District; now zoned RS-2 (Single Family Residential)

is hereby rezoned to C-3 (Community Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "City
of Port Coquittam' Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect
this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2176',

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 5th day of May, 1986.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council! this 5th day of May, 1986.
Public Hearing held this 26th day of May, 1986.
