Re: Proposal for Consulting services
Mary Hill Road Reconstruction

We write further to the meeting at your offices on June 19 and subsequent
telephone conversations between Mr. Riecken and the writer. As requested we
are pleased to present our proposal for engineering services in respect of
the reconstruction of Mary HiT] Road, for a distance of some 650 metres north
of its intersection with the Mary Hill Bypass.

subsequently a portion of the road cavered by our original design has been
reconstructed by Genstar, utilizing an alternative design considered more
beneficial far access to their development site.

We note that our previous design assignment did not extend as far as the Mary
Hill Bypass so that approximately 220 m of the Proposed road reconstruction
was not covered by our previous Survey and design work. We also note that
our previous design was carried aut for a road reconstruction to two-lane
open shoulder standard, whereas your requirement at this time is for full
four-lane (14 m) paved width with curb and gutter and Sidewalk on one side.
Ornamental Streetlighting is also to be included.
