DRAFT RESOLUTION

That the Agreement dated for reference the 29th day of October, 1973
between The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and West Coast Amusements

Limited concerning the operation of a carnival consisting of rides, games, and

novelty stands ("midway attractions") in the City of Port Coquitlam on May 10th,
llth, and 12th, 1974 be approved;
AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the said

Agreement and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.

See agreement attached. The terms and conditions are unchanged from 1973.
