ZOULG BY-LAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam will hold a Public iiearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City fiall, 2272 'NcAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, Januarv
23th, 1974 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend
the “City of Port Coquitlan Zoning By-law, 1969, No, 913":

By-law No. 1293: to rezone:

(a) The South 127.5' of Lot 2 of Lot 380, Group One,

Plan 6234, EXCEPT the West 160’ (Explanatory Plan

16459) thereof and EXCEPT the East 33' thereof

The West 160' (Explanatory Plan 16459) of the .
South 127.5' of Lot 2, of Lot 380, Group One,
Plan 6234; ot
all in New Westminster District, from RS-1 (One-Family Residential)
to CS-1 (Service Commercial).
The above-noted property has the civic addrssses of 3350 Lougheed
Highway and 2706 Lougheed Highway and following completion of the
rezoning procedures it is expect ‘that the property will be used for
parking area and lumber storage as part of the Beave Lumber Co. Ltd.
store 3380 Lougheed Highway.
A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City ‘Clerk, Port Coauitlam City ilall, at the address given above, between the

hours of 9:90 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - on working days - from January 17th to January

23ch, 1974.
All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-law shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the Public
