ZONING BYLAW

The Munictpal Councl! of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam Will hold a Publie Hearing In the Counc |
Chambers, Port Coquitiam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port
Coquitiam, +4, On Monday, April 29th, 1985 a 7:30 p.m. to
consider the following proposed .bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 165]";

Bylaw No. 2088;

The Zone Designations of RS~} and RS-2 assigned to the area
Shown on a plan of Proposed subdivision of Lot 40, Block 0,
Southwest Quarter Section 7, Township 40, Plan 25211, New
Weatminster District, prepared by Helge Jacobsen and
Associates, Professional B.C. Land Surveyors and shown on
thelr drawing bearing File Nao, S-85~5550-1 are removed and

the following Zone Designations are applied:

(a) RS-1 to the remainder of Lot 40, containing an area af
1187 sq.m as shown on the plan of Proposed subdivision
aforesald; and,

(b) RS=1A to Lot | and Lot 2, sald lots each containing
378 sq.m,

This Property is located at 1460 Apel Orlive and, following
completion of the rezoning procedures, It Is axpected that
the property will be subdivided to provide sitas for two
additional single family dwellings.

A copy of the praposed bylaw and other ralevan+ documents
