Fee~Simpile and an executed Contingent Option to Purchase Land ("Documents").

gent option pursuant to Part 7 of the Land Title Act. We wish to
acknowledge that the City of Port Coquitlam received a certified

The Documents are released to you subject to the follow-
ing conditions:

New Westminster Land Title Office for registration;

2. as soon as the Documents have been registered, you will
