PROBATIONARY PERIOD .

That the probationary clause be amended such that employees shall not
accumulate the time spent acting in & higher capacity as a credit toward
their probationary period at the time of full-time appointment to a senior

That a footnote be added to Schedule "A* of the collective agreement to
‘provide the application of this rate as initially intended, i.e. on January Ist
of an employce's 11th culendar year.

8. (a) REVIEW OF COST SHARING OF EMPLOYEE BENEFITS a
That the employce benefits packame and the respective cost sharing of each
of the parties be subject to review, with the objective being to maximize
‘the cost effectiveness of the benefits package in its entirety.

(p) That wage loss indemnity plans be substituted in lieu of accumulative and
‘other fully employer-paid sick leave plans presently in enistenec.,
