Background & Cosments: The Public Works Committee considered the attached report from the Deputy Engineer regarding the proposed roadworks and access for the residential/commercial development at Weatwood/Davies/Fox. The Developer is proceeding with the project based on the roadworks and development cost charges 48 {fs normally required for developments and as approved during the rezoning application process. However, the second paragraph of the memoraidum from the City Clerk to the City Engineer dated September 13, 1990, notes that “all trafric from the development should enter and exit the developnent from Westwood Street. The attached plan submitted for this developuent shows that there are two accesses from Westwood Street, one access from Davies Road for the commercial/residential portion of the project, ome access from Davies Road, and one access from Fox Street for the residential only portion of the project. As this plan shows that the majority of the commereial traffic will enter from Westwood Street and that the majority o1 the residential access would be from Davies Road, the Committee ig satisfied that the attached access plan is appropriate.
