Exhibit Proposal Guidelines

AY 6 to 10 slides or photographs which show quality and range of work snieanciocs for exhibit

2) biography (resume) and statement about your work —

ia} description of work to be exhiblted (process, date, price range, dimensions

and # of pieces)

4) tithe and short paragreph describing exhibit for advertsing purposes

Terms af

~ exhibiting artist or association must be @ member in good standing of the Patters Guild of Snitish Columbia —
- all work exhibited must b¢ for sale (unten prior arrangements have bean made with and at the discretion of the Gallery
Committee}

- all work must date no earlier than January 1 of the preceding year

- sat up of the exhibit is by the artist with assistance from Gallery staff
- the exhibat should be dismantled and unsold work ramoved #5 soon as exhibit closes
the artist is encouraged to attend the — opening with the optian of giving a shor talk about their work - opening receptions
will take place on a week night
- the gallery wal! 's painted every two to four months given the exhibit content for that time pet - the colour is determined by the
Gallery Manage: in consultation with mati artists
- Financial Requirements:

- costs of the opening will be shared with the artist - -any costs over normal Gallery opening expenses will be billed
directly to the artist
~ artist will receive and be billed for 50% of the exhibit invitations
=H shipping costs te and from the Gattery will ba the responsibility of the artist
