surfaces due to exposure to the elements, which cost would be shared by the
municipalities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody, with Port

Coquitlam's contribution being approximately $180.00.

Pest Control Budget as Port Coquitlam's share in the total cost of $758.00

City Adm.re land From the City Administrator, September 6th, 1974, concerning the ac-

quisition of property at 3890 Ulster Street consisting of 3.55 acres of land

and a house of approximately 1,000 square feet and lying immediately adjacent

to City-owned land surrounding the Nature Area, The City Administrator, in
his report, advised that the owners of the land have new agreed on the sale
of the parcel to the City for $120,000.60 cash, or they will accept payment
in three installments with $50,000.00 down and payments in 1975 and 1976 am-
ounting to $40,333.00 each and free rent of the property for a five-year per-
iod which is the equivalent to financing at a rate of 10% interest per annum.

and 1976 amounting to $40,333.00 each;

AND THAT the owners be permitted to use the property rent free for a
maximum period of five years. Carried.
