BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

The beer gardens at the various ball tournaments have been annual
events for the past several years. There are no additional beer
gardens for this year. We are regulated to eighteen days of beer
gardens per year. Presently there are seventeen days of beer
gardens at the various ball functions. The Parks & Recreation
Committee has reviewed the beer gardens and sees no problem with

giving approval.
