The Municipai Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which js
more particularly described as:

Northwest 1/4

Section 6

Township 40

Pian 31851

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RT=1 to C-2 and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this

rezoning.

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lot 62

Northwest 1/4

Section 6

Township 40

Plan 31851

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-2 to C-2 and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this

rezoning.
