site.. The area is nicely treed and the Comittee feels a well placed 4-plex

developrent as the one proposed is more desirable than the construction of taree
single fantly building on 33' lots. .

It is felt access from the rear or one access on Coaet Meridian
would be desirable. The Davelopment Area zoning will allow.Council naxinum

control of the development in which servicing, tree retention and building design
will be stressed. :

Recommendation:

The Committee recormends approval of the spplication.

dential) to designation as a Developacnt Araa, plcase be advised that the
sano waa placed befora a xegular necting of the tiuaiclpal Council of The
Corporatioa of tha City of Port Coquitla: held ou June 4th, 1573. Also plec-
ed befora the Council at that time was a report from the Planning & Zoning
Committee of the City recommending epproval of the application.

After giving due coasibratioa to your application and to the report of
the Plauning & Zoning Committee and after enzaging in a shore discussion, the
Municipal Council failed to pass a resolution that would have advanced your
application to tne required Zoning Public iecaring.

Your application for rezoning haa, therefore, been rejected by tha
Municipal Council.
