RE: Building Permit for Duplex Strata Title Application

We have an application for a new duplex strata title at
2179 Western Drive (Lot 247), the lot in question is vacant and
meets all requirements for a two family residential use as set down
in the present Zoning By-law. A visual inspection of the proposed
site has been made and is concurrent with our records on file of
this area.

Would you please bring this to Council to determine if they
will approve it. Enclosed are two copies of plans and copy of strip
map of the area.
